Hi Shawn, in answer to your question, the stamp is the head and its setting. You might be able to see it, partly hidden, in the top left section of the picture in the previous post. Does this make sense? Otherwise, see the Paper Artsy website for the stamps. Thanks for visiting. Jx
To answer your question I painted the hair with a very fine brush and slightly thinned brown paint, then did the outlines on her eyes and face with a Sharpie poster paint pen in ultra fine black. I hope that helps.
